The NUBAA Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, June 30th between 8:30 and 10:30 am. It will be held at The Black House, 1914 Sheridan Road.

Please use the contact form to confirm your attendance and request an advance electronic copy of the Agenda and Office Reports. These reports will not be distributed at the meeting.

Reminder: NUBAA Monthly Board Succession Call: Elections Process – Sunday, March 25th at 2:30 pm CST

This post is a reminder of the schedule for the NUBAA Orientation activities. We have held a series of 30-minute sessions occurring monthly over the last year, leading into the election process. Although participating is not required for those interested in running for NUBAA offices, it is likely that participation will make you a more competitive candidate and a better officer once elected or appointed.

Sunday’s conference call will occur at 2:30 pm CDT/CST and will be open ended. Special attention will be given to the elections process for President and Secretary, slated to occur in April for the 2018-2020 administrative term.

2014 Annual Meeting
  • March 25, 2018: NUBAA Scholarships and other Fundraising
  • April 2018: Elections for NUBAA President and NUBAA Secretary
  • June, 2018: NUBAA Annual Meeting

NUBAA Board Election Results Are In!

Thank you to the candidates and everyone who participated in the NUBAA Elections process. We had a great turnout! The Elections Committee has validated results, and we have winners. The announcement of the winners will be made Saturday, June 24th at the NUBAA Annual Meeting, to be held at The Black House (1914 Sheridan Road in Evanston) between 8:3o am and noon. Please plan to attend.

NUBAA Vice-Presidential Candidates Forum

Join the candidates for NUBAA Vice-President in a question and answer forum.

The forum will be held via conference call Thursday, June 8th at 8 pm CDT. To join the Q&A session, dial in to the NUBAA Conference Line at 712-432-1500. The access code is 860073#

The forum will include the following:

  • Brief introductory statements from the candidates
  • Questions and answers
  • Closing comments

The forum will end promptly at 9 pm.

If you would like to participate, no RSVP is necessary. NUBAA members will have the opportunity to submit questions during the forum by submission to nubaaelections@gmail.com. If submitting, you must identify yourself in the email; questions may or may not be presented during the forum, and pending appropriateness, questions will be presented on a first-come, first-served basis.
