The premiere of the NUBAA-commissioned documentary The Takeover: The Revolution of the Black Experience at Northwestern University will occur Saturday, May 5th, 2018. The showing of the film will be followed by an all-star panel of moviemakers. Scheduled particpants include NUBAA members and filmmakers Mara Brock Akil and Harry Lennix, Bursar’s Office takeover participants Daphne Maxwell Reid and Joanne Williams, and renowned director Spike Lee.
